What the app does now

You enter your e-mail address and get a link in your mail. One tap and you are in. No password to invent and no form to get through first.

Rajto then makes an e-mail address for you, so you can start without having to arrange something somewhere else first. Today you still start with an address you already have.

When you sign up you pick four images, and those four are your key from then on. There is nothing to remember that you could forget and nothing to write down that somebody else could find. On another phone you get back in the same way.

Somebody you appointed yourself can confirm that it is you, and then you get your file back. There are twenty-four hours in between, so you can stop it if somebody forced you into it; Rajto always sends you word about it.

You get an e-mail address that stays, even when your phone is gone or your other mailbox stops working. Post arriving there is kept for you and read in the app; opening it in an ordinary mail app works too.

Your papers, your photos and your situation sit together, so you do not have to gather them again every time. Adding, changing and removing is yours to do, and you decide who sees it.

Rajto holds your data up against the municipality's rules and says, in plain language, how far you are entitled to a briefadres. Beside it stands the step that improves that chance, so you do not have to guess what to do next.

Fifteen short questions instead of one big form, and you barely have to type: where you slept, you tap. “I do not remember” is an answer, so you never get stuck. You sign with your finger, or later with a pen at the counter. At the end you have one file with your name on it, ready to hand in; if it is not finished, you see what is missing.

A support worker or somebody you trust can look along and fill in fields without you having to share your login. For every field you see who filled it in, and you can stop the access at any moment.

You do not have to put an e-mail together yourself: you choose the recipient and Rajto sends the application with its attachments from your own mailbox. The copy stays in your Sent folder, so you can always show what you sent and when. Sending to the municipal counter is not possible yet; handing it in yourself always is.

Every screen, every error message and the form itself. You choose your language and Rajto remembers it.

The less you have to type, the smaller the chance you stop halfway. So where you slept is tapped from a list, and what is fixed, such as the place and the date, Rajto fills in itself.
